1) Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2) Who may use the Site

You must be able to form a legally binding contract under applicable law. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

3) What this Site provides

The Site is a simple informational page with a contact form. Content is provided for general information only and does not constitute legal, financial, professional, or other advice.

4) Permitted use

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • Violate any law or third-party rights;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security;
  • Use any automated means (scrapers, bots) to access the Site except for standard search-engine indexing;
  • Upload or transmit malware, harmful code, or unsolicited messages;
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or probe the Site’s infrastructure.

5) Contact form; submissions

If you send us a message through the contact form, you must provide accurate information and refrain from submitting unlawful, offensive, or infringing content. We may use the information you provide to respond to you and to operate our business, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6) Privacy & cookies

Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain what data we collect and how we use cookies. Those policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7) Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, design, trademarks, logos, and other materials) is owned by or licensed to WebMind and is protected by law. Except as expressly allowed by these Terms or applicable law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

8) Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

9) No warranties

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of accuracy, non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebMind and its owners, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed ₪500 (five hundred New Israeli Shekels) or the amount you paid us, if any, for using the Site—whichever is higher.

11) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WebMind and its affiliates, owners, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

12) Changes to the Site and Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Site (in whole or in part) at any time without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above will be updated, and continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

13) Suspension/termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time and for any reason, including suspected violations of these Terms.

14) Governing law; venue

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute shall be the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel.

15) Severability; entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WebMind regarding the Site.
